I got up the last 5 days with every intention of getting at my blog and now, as I sit down to write, I realize holy cow it has been days since I committed to writing and this is not a good thing. It isn’t that I haven’t been thinking about what to write but rather I simply haven’t taken a moment to sit down at the computer. Today is no exception. I have been on this webpage for most of the morning and all afternoon. So far in that time, I have chatted with a dear friend, leant the neighbour a stapler, found a new shawl pattern to be inspired with, reskeined 5 skeins of yarn that needed the help, took inventory with the Amazing Ms.K (twice), took Daegan to the spa, made the bed, had a shower (not always an accomplishment these days), surfed Ravelry (twice – because once is never enough), had 2 cups of cold coffee (they didn’t start out that way), replaced the ink in the printer (so I could print off the new shawl pattern Batik by Kitman Figueroa), looked at the desk and thought hmmmmm how long has that been sitting here waiting for me? And to top it all off, had two day old cold pizza for lunch. WHEW!
Now I again sit at the computer, looking at what I have done the past week that has kept me away from the Blog. Let’s say having Wilson enjoying the Stampede was a must this year. We went to the finals on Sunday with Hubby. Ya can’t be from the Prairies and not love the cowboys.
Thought we would spend a moment after the rodeo to show Wilson around….
The “Li’l Dude” had his own carrying case to admire all the goings on.
To end the day, we introduced him to the life of the rest of the woolies out there… at least the ones in Rodeo land.
Finished the day off visiting the ladies from Sheep Creek Weavers at their display in the BMO centre. All in all, I didn’t get much done but spending time with my guys was worth every minute.

too cute – glad you are having fun
